"The Editor contains unsaved changes" even when returning to pre-undo state

The editor will report this: https://imgur.com/EmNK2YF when any changes are made to the the window contents. It is possible to revert back to “No changes made yet” (https://imgur.com/ivQHp24) if one uses control+z all the back to original edit?
