The dreaded SyntaxError: Invalid character when checking out

I’m having trouble diagnosing the cause of the above when checking out. All plugins are up-to-date.
This issue arises when I checkout using credit card/debit card. I’m using the paypal pro plugin as the gateway.

Test product to use is: https://www.thecraft-studio.com/shop/test-product-2Paypal standard works fine.
Any help in diagnosing would be appreciated!
