The downloadable file cannot be used error : ' in filename

example filename : SPK06-01 – Gary Barlow – The Song I’ll Never Write.mp4

On updating the product it changes to SPK06-01 – Gary Barlow – The Song I\’ll Never Write.mp4 along with the error message saying the file does not exist on the server

If I put in SPK06-01 – Gary Barlow – The Song I\’ll Never Write.mp4 in the URL it duplicates the escape \’s
