The download counter is not updated

  • I noticed a strange bug recently. The last added item does not want to update the download counter. I have been using the plugin for several years without any problems. The only thing I see that could be a problem is the high ID number.

    Thanks for clarification, but again, I didn’t open this ticket because I have an issue with large Post ID. My site works normally and this plugin works normally with small Post ID, but in case of large Post ID it cannot update download counter after successful download.

    It seems to me that somewhere in your plugin is used variable that cannot handle values greater then 65535 and due to that it tried to increment counter of non-existent or wrong download item.
