The download count doesn’t work

  • The plugin is pretty good, but a very important feature, which is the download count, doesn’t work.

    Each time the product page is updated, the number of downloads returns to 5, losing all the previously counted ones. Moreover, it counts the same number of downloads for all published products.

    Could you fix this, please?

    Hi there, sorry you have facing issues with the download count.

    1. Do you mean that if you update the description or something and click “update” on the product page in WP admin, it resets the count?
    2. Not sure what you mean here, do you mean that when you download “product 1” it will also increase the count for “product 2” and “product 3”

    Is this what you mean?
