The discounted price shows same with the sale price

Dear suppport, I set the sales price(https://prnt.sc/grY2rl1xVozj) and bulk price(https://prnt.sc/DQTcDZ15-W20)for this product, but the discounted price on front page is same to sales price without discount(https://prnt.sc/UQuONbqYn2eh), may i know why and how to fix it?
