The directory shortcode doesn’t display anything

  • Hi, I have shortcode added on the page ([bps_directory]). but nothing shows up on the page. can you check why is it happening ?

    Hi Mofazzul,

    I noticed there is a jQuery error in your page, so probably we have to look for a plugin or theme conflict here.

    You can temporarily deactivate all your plugins except BuddyBoss and BP Profile Search, switch to a default theme (Twenty-something) and see if the problem goes away.
