    Hello !

My apologies if my question has already been asked and answered: I searched the forum, but didn’t seem to find precisely the same case as mine.

I installed the plugin (version 1.7.2) and did a few tests of access to my website, from desktop and mobile (and asked a few people to do the same).

In the “Statitics” page, visits seem to be counted correctly, and the indicators in the “Compare” section are evolving (Pageviews, Sessions, Visitors, Bounce Rate).

On the other hand, the indicators in the “Devices” section don’t move: all percentages remain at “0%”.
This is annoying because I specifically wanted to be able to determine the distribution of accesses between different device types.

Do I need to do anything special to obtain these statistics?

Are they only aggregated at the end of the day, for example (and not in real time, like visits)?

Could the information have been “hidden” by the mobile browsers themselves?

Thanks in advance for your answers and have a nice day! ??

    Hi @dbg26,

Can you try to install the plugin WP Debugging, then create some visits on the front-end?

If you see any errors regarding Burst in the debug.log, please post them here, so we can check what the issue is.
