    Hello, what a good plugin but I find some things that do not work correctly for me.

    1. I have used a template, then I have made some modifications, I added CSS code to remove the image (I did not find how not to show image), the preview shows it well https://prnt.sc/Gv9awcZA1JVb when sending preview email It is observed correctly, but when placing an order the email arrives incorrectly, without applying the CSS https://prnt.sc/eEntrkd7a7JY even its structure is different.
    2. I have modified the header text and subtitle text, in preview it looks good, when the order is placed it does not show what has been saved in the template, https://prnt.sc/oqu8tIo3eoG3

    Generalizing what happens is that the design that I see in view is not the same when I receive the email.

    Note: I am editing the new order email.

    Unfortunately, I can not recreate the problem you’ve described. When I test my site, the email appears correctly. Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.

    On my site, the CSS is working as expected and the email looks like the customizer. If the same is not true on your site, besides a plugin conflict you may have overridden templates. For example, the “customer invoice” template at wp-content\plugins\kadence-woocommerce-email-designer\templates\woo\emails\customer-invoice.php has the following comment at the top of the file:

     * This template can be overridden by copying it to yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/customer-invoice.php.
    

    Be sure to make sure you aren’t overriding the template somewhere. If you continue to have the issue, please get in touch with Kadence Support directly for more in-depth troubleshooting.
