    Hello,

    First I really like Sendinblue. Just got involved last week and got hooked with the possibilities it offers comparing with other e-mailmarketing platforms.

    Installed the plugin to build through website a mailing list. But now I can’t get the default state for the opt-in checkbox on ‘checked’.

    I selected the option in the dashboard, but it remains an ‘unchecked’ status. Is there something I can do about that?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please clear your site’s cache and save the option again?

    If this does not solve the issue, please generate a new API key, logout from the plugin, clear your site’s cache and login back with the new key.

    Hi Enzo,

    Tried the first option but didn’t work-out. I want to try the second option but I can’t generate a ‘new key’ since I got this tool via my hosting company and not via you website directly.

    Maybe that is the issue?

    Thanks for your mail.

    This issue is happening because of the customization done in the checkout form. I’d recommend you to check with a developper and fix it.

    If you have some difficults to fix it, you can open a ticket on your Sendinblue account : https://account.sendinblue.com/support
