Thank you for developing a wonderful plugin!

    I have one question.

I am building a website in Japanese, and the default anchor prefix should be applied to Japanese headings. However, it is not applied on my site.

I would like to apply the default anchor prefix to shorten the URL of the anchor, and have it appear as “https://dummy.com/#i3“, for example. If you have a solution, please let me know.

    Thank you!

Hi, We are extremely sorry for the delay in response. Actually, The Default Anchor Prefix option normally applies to content written in character sets other than ASCII. And ASCII supports Japanese. That is why the default anchor prefix is not applied to the Anchor.

Hi, Thank you for your response!
I’m glad we were able to identify the cause. Would it be possible to apply the Default Anchor Prefix option to Japanese text written in ASCII and resolve this issue?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello!
Thank you for the update announcement. I was looking forward to it!

I have confirmed that with the following settings, the URL for anchors is displayed as “https://dummy.com/#index-3,” which makes me very happy!

    • Default Anchor Prefix: index
    • Default Anchor Prefix For All: ON

By the way, when [Default Anchor Prefix For All: OFF], it becomes “https://dummy.com/#%E3%82%A2%E3%82%A4%E3%82%B3%E3%83%B3” but I have no issues with [Default Anchor Prefix For All: ON] on my site!

    I appreciate your helpful support.
Thank you for your continued assistance.
