The Date Not Displaying Properly

    For some reason the date in the footer is still displaying 2009. Anyone have any ideas why? Super cache was just disabled. Footer code looks like this:

    <p class="fl">&copy; <?php the_time('Y'); ?> American Screen Printing Association.</p>
