The database table for Contact Form 7 does not exist

    Make sure you have privilege to create new tables on your MySQL database.

    Of course I do have privilege to create new tables on MySQL database, indeed I can create a new table on another wordpress blog on the same server.
    I tried also to deactivate all other plugins, no success.
    I cannot understand.
