    Hi there!

I understand your concern regarding the customer name changes. It seems like this could be related to a plugin conflict. To troubleshoot further, could you please try running a conflict test and see if that resolves the issue?

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to run a conflict test: How to Test for Conflicts

If that doesn’t help, could you please create a screenshot or screen recording to show me exactly what issue you are facing? You can use the following tool for screen recording: https://www.loom.com/

    Regarding the error message:

The error appears when trying to search for the plugin in the plugin search field. This issue has already been fixed, as mentioned here: GitHub Pull Request, and the fix will be included in WooCommerce version 9.5.1.

    Thank you!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for the update.

I understand that the issue persists. The fix for the error message you encountered is scheduled to be included in the upcoming WooCommerce version 9.5.1, which has not been released yet.

However, the issue regarding the username changing on the checkout page is different from the error message you’ve shared. To assist you further, could you please create a screenshot or screen recording to show me exactly what issue you are facing? You can use the following tool for screen recording: https://www.loom.com/

Also, just to verify, have you tried running a conflict test? Could you also please share the exact steps on how I can replicate the issue on your site?

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the video and screenshot. From your video, I can see you have additional options to view order details. It seems like a third-party plugin might be causing this issue.

To assist you further, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, activate a default WordPress theme, and check if the issue persists?

I was unable to replicate any error messages during my testing on version 9.5.1. Please run a conflict test using the steps outlined here: How to test for conflicts.

    Thank you!
