The “Customer pause period (days)” option in AutomateWoo is confusing me!!!

I am trying to setup 3 “Cart Abandoned” emails using AutomateWoo.
– The first email to be run 1 hour after abandoned cart.
– The second email to be run 24 hours after abandoned cart.
– The third email to be run 48 hours after abandoned cart.I have setup the 3 workflows with “Timing=Delayed” and specifying the delayed hours, but what about the “Customer pause period (days)” option? Do I leave this as 0 for all the workflows?
Really hoping someone can explain the “Customer pause period (days)” field to me and how it works in relation to the Timing options…
