• Hello, I have created a rule in which if the shopping basket is over 500 euro , a 10% discount will apply, but I want this rule to apply only once to each user, customer.
How could I do this? thank you

    Hi there,
Thanks for reaching us out. I am Haripradeepa from Flycart Support Team.

You can create a woocommerce coupon with a “0” value and integrate it with rules created via discount rules.

If so, here are the step-by-step configuration :

    • Go to Woocommerce -> Marketing -> Coupons -> Add coupon and create a coupon code.
    • Set the percentage discount to 0 value: https://nimb.ws/fD543K
    • In Usage limits, set the usage limit to 1 time per user -> https://nimb.ws/pSV4Re
    • Then you can use this coupon code in the Discount Rules plugin and create your discount rules. Here’s a screenshot for your reference: https://nimb.ws/g2rvps

In this guide, you can refer to the FAQ section: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4268595-activate-discount-rule-using-a-coupon-code-in-woocommerce

Kindly check and let us know in case of any further queries.

    Thanks
    Flycart Team.

    thank you,

but I want it to apply only if the total in the shopping basket is 500 euros. If the total amount in the basket is less than 500, I do not want the discount to be applied
