    After finalizing the configuration and verifying site ownership, allowing access to Google account data and configuring Search Console (everything works fine).
    I can’t connect with Google from the plugin dashboard and a google_api_connection_fail message is reported.
    An error message is also displayed on the WordPress dashboard.
    The cURL request was retried 3 times and did no succeed. cURL was unable to rewind the body of the request and subsequent retries resulted in the same error.

    It appears to be a hosting issue. How can i fix it?

    Thanks for opening a support topic. You’re correct that such cURL errors are typically hosting related. Before checking with your hosting provider I’m happy to check your current setup to see if I can spot anything unusual. To do so please share your Site Health information here or privately using this form, along with any browser console errors you encounter on the same page with this notice.

    Many thanks for sharing. From inspecting the details it looks like the secure (https) and non secure (http) versions of your site are both accessible, with Site Kit connected to the non secure version. I suspect this may be a contributing factor in your cause.

    As the secure version of your site seems to have some formatting issues and console errors, including mixed content related errors these may need to be address to ensure your https site if fully accessible, with any visits to the http version redirected.

    Your hosting provider may be able to assist with this. Let me know once you’re ready for me to review your site once more after your site is fully https.
