The css is completely gone for my store

    Hello , I have been using 10web booster for more than a week and things are fine, but recently I noticed that the css disappeared for less than a second, then the store appeared normally. I activated the test mode by adding ?twbooster=1 to the link and it appeared fine. How do I make the site appear in the same way as before?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    As your website is using Cloudflare, we are not able to clear the website cache to troubleshoot the issue. Will you please install Cloudflare plugin and let us know so that we can clear the website cache?

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Yes, I use nestify hosting and they offer the cloudflare feature and delete the cache manually via it. Is this enough or I should install the plugin ?

    Dear @hasancode ,
    As we don’t have access to your hosting panel or WordPress Dashboard, we can only clear the cache from 10Web Booster. When Cloudflare plugin is not installed, 10Web Booster cache purge does not manage to clear the cache from Cloudflare.

    Thus we kindly ask you to install Cloudflare plugin for now. After the issue is solved, you can delete the plugin.
