THE CREATOR IS SPITEFUL

THE CREATOR WILL DELETE YOUR PAGES IF HE GETS ANNOYED WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO HELP YOU – BECAUSE HE APPARENTLY DOESN’T KNOW ANY MORE ABOUT HIS PLUG-IN THAN YOU OR I DO!
I would give it ZERO stars if I could.
First, the “debugging/test” mode does not work.
I notified the creator and he sent me an email laughing at me.
Then when I asked for support, he wouldn’t – until I purchased his plug in.
Which, mind you- the free version was working perfectly fine until I actually received a payment from Paypal and it notified the wrong email address. (So all my problems stemmed from this one little mishap.)
Then I gave him a log in to access my site, then HE DISMANTLED MY WHOLE WEBSITE AND DID NOT PUT IT BACK, AT ALL. I had to call my hosting company, purchase a “back-up”, WHICH STILL DIDN’T PUT MY WEBSITE BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.
Then, finally when I fixed EVERYTHING HE MESSED UP, I asked for assistance with the “debugging/test Paypal mode”, he got an attitude and responded with “Seriously what is this log in you want …you can test it using my paypal id: [email protected]. NOt syure what help i can do more”.
Then when I responded and actually requested a log in, HE PROCEEDED TO DELETE MY STORE AND SHOPPING CART PAGES (FROM THE PLUG-IN THAT HE MADE ME PURCHASE FROM HIM EARLIER!!!)so that my shopping cart didn’t work!! He is a terrible and spiteful person. And his plug in DOES HAVE SOME FLAWS…
Debugging/Paypal Test Mode doesn’t work
The expiration date for the coupon feature doesn’t work…
I’m sure there’s more, but I’ve been tinkering with this thing since 12pm yesterday, and it’s 7:47am now. Yes, I stayed up all night. And yes, future purchasers of this plug-in need to know about his customer service skills because they stink. Just like his attitude. I hope it was worth the $29 dollars. #THIRSTY #JERK
