• **Customer support was amazing! They responded to my request in less than 10 minutes and had it working in 5 minutes.

    Problem:

    The “Create account” link in login page isn’t working properly.
    The “Login” link from the Registration page isn’t working properly

    I have to right-click the “Create account”/”Login” link and open it in a new tab to get it to go to the registration/login page.

    If this were fixed I would change my review.

    Can you go to UsersWP->General->Register->Register Lightbox and disable that setting and check if it works for you or not? If it works then also disable the UsersWP->General->Change Password->Forgot password lightbox setting.

    Yep.. That fixed it. I repeated the solution to fix the similar problem in login.

    Just FYI the lightbox issue seems to be related to the modification of the JS by the “autoptimize” plugin, if you want to use the lightbox mode just let me know and I’ll debug that issue for you.

    I tried to replicate this on a test site but i could not get it to break. I would guess it’s a conflict with something else on your site or maybe i don’t have the same settings.     Okay.. I will try to disable the autoptimize plugin and see what that does.

    You could also try to identify what is breaking the popup by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be ??

    That is what I am doing. I am turning of plugins/css/etc.. until I find the problem.

    It wasn’t the autoptimize plugin.

    Ah, disabling autoptimize let me narrow down the issues, give me a few mins to test.

    pro-tip; you can generally disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by simply adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL. that might help future debugging ??

    I thought it also might have been Elementor but it wasn’t.

    Let me just say that even if I don’t get to use the lightbox feature this is still the best Login/Register plugin I have seen and I look forward to purchasing it.

    Is there a way I can purchase this without buying it in a bundle?

    @liberaladvance I figured out the issue, the theme you are using is using bootstrap 5 and we are using bootstrap 4.6, this is the first time we have seen a BS 5 conflict, usually its BS 3 issues. I don’t have an imidate fix for this but we will add an option in our system to use BS 5 in the near future which will solve this. For now, it’s best to keep the lightbox off.
