The course is not showing on the student account

  • I’m having issue with my students not being able to access the course from their student account. It’s probably something simple that I’m not doing. I can see the course is attached to their profile from the backend, but they cannot access the course from the front end. Please advise.

    Please be sure the order status of the student is complete and Can you send us a screenshot of the issue of the student?

    Yes – it says complete.

    The student says:
    “I logged on this morning and again, click on download and its says “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to shop”

    All students can’t access the course.
