Would you ensure that Course Completed page exists and is configured under Sensei Settings page? https://senseilms.com/documentation/settings/#course-completed-page

If not, you can regenerate Sensei Custom pages per this instructions: https://senseilms.com/documentation/sensei-pages/#regenerating-default-custom-pages

Revisiting your original question, the fact that clicking the “Complete Lesson” button ‘does nothing’, it points to plugin/theme conflicts or JavaScript related errors.

First, I recommend checking for plugin/theme conflicts:

• Troubleshooting on a Staging Site
• Troubleshooting using the Health Check Plugin

I recommend troubleshooting on at least two different major browsers (e.g., Firefox, Chrome).
