    Hello there!

Firstly, thank you for your product! It is very good and very valuable.

I have a problem. I’m deciding to include a unique coupon code in the e-mail template, but I can’t seem to show it in the e-mail. According to the editor I have to use this: {{coupon.code}}, but in the e-mail, this is also the text that is shown, not the coupon itself.

Here’s a screenshot, I have used all the available placeholders: https://ibb.co/XbNLpZM

These are settings regarding the Coupon: https://prnt.sc/EqA-5AYNGGX1

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thank you!

    Hi @eripanci,

First of all, apologize for the delay in response to this.

In the test email, we send the dummy data like Customer’s first name as “John”, coupon code as TESTCOUPON, and display the dummy products of Women’s Shoes and Men’s shoes because we do not have real customer data when sending a test email. The test email is just for testing purposes to check whether the email is sending and receiving or not.

The actual coupon code will be displayed in the real abandoned cart reminder email. Can you please confirm this by abandoning a cart on your site as a guest or logged-in user and check whether the coupon code is displaying correctly or not?

    Regards,
    Priyanka

Yes, I can confirm that when using it not as a test, the e-mail comes with the coupon code.

    Thank you!
