The country visits from Germany suddenly become USA

    Hello, I have a problem. Yesterday I installed WP Statistics. Hopefully I went through all the settings correctly. Under “Now online” I could see yesterday and today that a visitor from Germany was on my site for a long time. But then, as soon as he is no longer online, these page visits only appear under the country USA and Germany has disappeared completely. Why?
    Please, give me an answer to my email: [email protected].
    For me it is more important to see the visitors from Germany.

    Hello,

    In our latest update, we have added the IP location country in the WP Statistics – Settings – IP Detection section.

    Please check if your IP’s country is being detected correctly or not.

    Also, please go to WP Statistics – Settings – Data Sources and enable the GeoIP Collection and GeoIP City options, then click on Update Database to update the related database.

    After doing this, the visitor’s country should be displayed correctly. If you still have any issues or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

    Sorry for late reply, the issue is already fixed in the latest version of plugin. Please go to the Settings → Data Management and then update GeoIP Databases.
