the counter stock at 0 shares doesn't count up

more details, that i shared manytimes on facebook but the counter doesn’t counting it stuck at 0 , i waited for cache expire but nothing happened

May I know how to debug or solve this?

Please can you switch first between 5 and 10 min cache time, refresh the page after changes.

Please also check if curl_exec is allowed on your server which is essential for accurate function.

Use phpinfo(); and look for curl.

We only made the plugin live earlier today, but most of the other page counts looks fine. Does it take a while to sync them all?

My counts also got reset. I’m using the latest plugin version, updated Today. I’m using an API key as well. Check this link:
