The conversions box does not work on my site

The boxes may have been disabled due to your previous update. Please enable them using the Enable button:

But I have tried that. It is a slider box enable or disable. I’ve been playing around but no success.

I do have it on now…cleared cache. But no box. The short code does work as visitors can see it on my latest post.

Any suggestion?

Wait… what do you mean by “It is a slider box enable or disable.”? It’s not Slider Box Enable or Disable.

Please look at the image that I sent. The Enable/Disable option is given on the Main dashboard page, which can be accessed by clicking on Option button under all the Boxes you created.

NOTE: The screenshot I sent was taken from the pro version of the plugin, but the Enable/Disable option is available in FREE too.

Never mind I finally figured it out!

I saw the picture, and the box is Disabled. Compare your image with what I sent. Just click it once to make it Enabled

Ok…too my it seems backwards. You have to actually click on the disable button to get the enable button to work?

Well when you see Disabled, the box is Disabled.

And when you see Enabled, the box is Enabled.
