The contact’s info gets to CRM but the user doesn’t recieve any message

I’m here because we have a problem with the Zoho CRM Leads plugin that’s affecting the page.The plugin is very important to us because we use it as a way to measure several things in our page. The core of the issue is that we’ve implemented said plugin in our Contact Forms:

We’ve even contacted our hosting provider because we thought is was a hosting related issue and they said that they located an error in the code, this is what they said:

Technical Support TeamWe tested the forms with and without the Zoho plugin and came to the realisation that the form works perfectly fine without the plugin. When we activate it, the form doesn’t work as it should because it doens’t gives the user the confirmation that the information was succesfully sent.
Any ideas on how can we solve this? Thank you.
