The Contact Us tab doesn't work in mobile

While mobiletest.me works to demonstrate how media queries change layouts, it does not tell ContactUS.com its a mobile. You are looking at different screen resolutions. So, the Tab will be the screen tab on everything related to screens, atleast in Mobiletest.me Try looking at it from your mobile phone. And also go to the forms mobile settings and make it display the mobile optimized tab and form is on. Please check this article out:

If that does not work, let us know, as we have thousands of mobile tabs working correctly. So, I’m sure we can help you get there ??

I been try to refer from the article and set the option 3: If from a smartphone, show a mobile-friendly callout for the Mobile Optimized Form (RECOMMENDED)
But the tab still hide it up and show the tiny bar only on me and customer’s iphone.

any solutions to fix it out? really urgent need to get ready for customer.

I been reinstall and active the plugin again. The problem still remain on my phone galaxy s4 and iphone

We made some testing for the mobile tab for Contact Forms and found no issues. We would like to understand the problem better as some of the other elements in your specific website might be causing the problem. You might need to deactivate other conflicting plugins, or try setting up the contact form using our JavaScript Snippets.
