The “configure” button does not work

  • When I go to the site https://nail-prague.ru/ as an admin. At the top “admin bar”, I click on “configure.” The page does not load, i waited a long time, it works on other sites..
    Please help.

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    It didn’t help, I didn’t delete viruses for a long time and maybe deleted an important file. Which file could cause this problem? And how to replace it?

    in the admin menu (where this button is located), all other buttons are working

    Ah ok, does it work under any other theme, like Twenty Nineteen?
