    Hi,

We have a launch and somehow some of the clients did not get the tags for the complete status order.

Not all but some of them. Which makes this strage and difficut to debug.

Why on some cases work and on some no?

    CAn we debug this somehow?

    Thank you

Is the Opt-In checkbox visible to the customer? Check your WooCommerce orders to see if the customers who were not tagged in AC are the ones that unchecked (or did not check) the opt-in box.

    It is hiden, https://prntscr.com/pvzbmi

So it should be checked for all.

Also , the ideea is that we have two order status https://prntscr.com/pvzbyh

And the tags for order created are added for all. But the completed status just for some.

In my tests work ok, but i see clients without complete tag

Do you have the log files enabled? If so, send me (support at equalserving dot com ) the ActiveCampaign log for the date in question with an order id that is marked Completed in WooCommerce and did not get tagged complete in ActiveCampaign.

You’ll find them under WooCommerce | Status | Logs. Then select the log that begins with ActiveCampaign and the date in question.
