The complete button disappeared, mark failed in progress bar

1. Some of the lessons don’t have the complete button for some of the users, most of the lessons are videos
2. User profile shows zero lessons completed and 0% Mark and marked fail.
3. I have a student who has lost their password and the reset password is not sending a reset email. Is there a way to reset within coursePlease help as I have many people starting the course.
