The commentform disappears from REPLY

It doesn’t work on a basic WP theme either.

3) the commentform appears below the comment. this must be so. that’s good.
4) wait 10 seconds
5) the commentform jumps back to the bottom of the page

Yet, as far as I know, this threaded comments has been part of WP for a very long time.
