The code modifications needed for cross domain tracking not possible with this?

I am wanting to enable cross domain tracking on my site but the changes needed to the code don’t seem to be possible with this plugin.
It involves editing the line
ga('create', 'UA-XXXXXX-1', 'auto');
In to
ga('create', 'UA-XXXXXX-1', 'auto', {'allowLinker': true});Can this be done?
