The clothing category template for Amazon is outdated.

    Lovely plugin. But I’m running into trouble because the clothing template for the Amazon.com store is outdated. I tried updating via the provided button, but it’s still stuck the 2016 rather than the current 2017 version. So every time I upload, Amazon tells me I’m using an outdated template, which creates errors.

    I am sorry to hear the issue you are having.

    When you say “I tried updating via the provided button” what button are you referring to?

    To update a feed template to it’s latest version you should browse to Amazon > Settings > Categories > Uncheck all feed templates that are selected, and select only the “Clothing” feed template you wish to update and click the blue “Update” button which should update the feed template to the latest version.

    If that does not work I would recommend you submit a ticket here: Support Form, provide us with a link to this forum thread and also provide us with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, and which clothing category you are trying to update if you use more than 1 marketplace with WP-Lister.
