The client receives a letter about the completed order, and the function is disabled in the settings WooCommerce
There is also a plugin for mail WP Mail SMTP can it be that they do not cooperate with each other?
As I understand, you want to have the completed order emails disabled, and currently they seem to be sent out with every order. Correct?
The WP Mail SMTP plugin can be used for troubleshooting this further. Can you also share a screenshot of the logs found in the screen at WP Mail SFTP > Email log
, please?
