    Hi @tracedef

Sorry to hear you removed the plugin,

Could you please let us know what you dislike about the plugin?

We created a fresh engine and didn’t remove the local engine allowing you to choose between them.

    Best Regards

There were excessive PHP errors related to the plugin and it was causing pages to crash.

    Hi @tracedef

Thank you for information, this is very important feedback for us.

However, I noticed that you didn’t open any support ticket to report those errors.

I understand your frustration and I’m sincerely sorry that this issue affected your sites but let me assure you that if you’d decide to open support ticket, share the exact errors that you were getting (and where/when exactly are they happening) we would be more than happy to check it and help – including implementing some fixes in the plugin if they turn out to be necessary.

We are ready to assist with it if you’d be willing to start support ticket here

Correct, I have no interest in being a guinea pig for a brand new plugin that was previously a stable trusted plugin. I have enough experience over the past decade with WMPUDEV taking over plugins and ruining them or stopping support for existing plugins that I have no interest in attempting to get support from your company. The other many poor reviews also reflect this sentiment.

    Hi @tracedef,

I truly understand your concerns and hesitation.

I would recommend keeping an eye on updates and improvements made to the plugin. Our Broken Link Checker team works hard to make the product better. You can also notice positive reviews and successful case studies as well and hope you may reconsider giving the updated plugin a try later.

    Have a good one!

    Kind regards,
    Zafer
