    Hello mate,

To assist you further, could you please provide the following details?

    1. A screenshot of the WooCommerce “Status” tab, specifically showing the “WooCommerce Pages” section.
    2. Please confirm the version of the Checkout Manager plugin you are using (both free and pro versions).
    3. If applicable, are you using WooCommerce blocks for the checkout page? You can find this under “Pages” → “Checkout Page” → “Edit” → “Code Editor”. Providing a screenshot of this section would be very helpful.

You can use https://www.snipboard.io to easily copy/paste screenshots here.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.

    Hello mate,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots with us. We’ve identified that the issue arises from your use of the WooCommerce blocks on the checkout page. Currently, our plugin doesn’t have compatibility with Gutenberg blocks. However, it fully supports the WooCommerce checkout form via the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].

To resolve this, please navigate to your “Checkout Page” and click on “Edit”. Next, click the three dots at the top right to open a menu where you can select “Code Editor”. Switch to this view and replace all existing code with the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout], as shown in our screenshot here:h ttps://snipboard.io/Dak7f8.jpg

Please note that while our development team is actively working on adding block compatibility, this process is akin to building a plugin from scratch and will take some time.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.
