• The Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) Plugin for WooCommerce is useless. I created a custom Date field so that my customers could enter their birthdays when completing their order, but even after the customer fills in their birthdays, they are not available in the user management area in the WordPress admin panel. If information is not available to me, then this plugin is of no use.

We believe that you would like to show the custom field on the “User profile” page.

If so, unfortunately, your requirement cannot be achieved using the lite version of our plugin.

    Thank you!

This plugin used to work very well, but now none of the settings I make are valid. Why? Does it need to be updated?

We believe that you are using WooCommerce blocks on your website. Due to this reason, the changes are not being reflected on the checkout page.

Unfortunately, any of the plugins that add custom fields to the checkout page are currently not compatible with WooCommerce blocks. Once WooCommerce adds any hooks or filters, we will definitely provide the compatibility.

For now, we suggest using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to create the checkout page, as this will enable our plugin to work correctly.

    Thank you!
