The carrousel and the zoom do not work

    Hello,
    After the last update that there has been and after the unification of the yith plugins I have started to have problems in the YITH Zoom Magnifier plugin.

    The gallery carousel does not work and the zoom of the images does not work either. The message “Loading …” is displayed indefinitely.

    Currently in my “Plantmore” template I have the following CSS:

    .product ul.yith_magnifier_gallery > li:nth-child(2) {
    display: none;
}

    Then I send you a link to a product on my website so you can see:

    Can you help me?.

    hope you are doing well!

    I have checked your product page but I got a lot of errors on the console.

    Some related to Facebook, other ones to customer chat, another to server issues.

    Could you check if only with Zoom and WooCommerce installed, the issue persists?

    If not the case, could you activate the plugins 1 by 1 to look for which is causing the problem?

    Dear,

    I have disabled all the plugins one by one but the problem persists. I have activated the parent template instead of the child template but the problem persists.

    I am using version 2.1.1 of the plugin: YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom

    After having only activated our plugin, Woocommerce, and a default WordPress theme, do you still have errors in the console?

    Your site seems to have problems connecting to your server, could you check it?

    Dear,

    I have disabled all plugins leaving only active “woocommerce” and “YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom” but the problem persists.

    The website is currently operational.

    We suppose the page you sent to us has only the three plugins activated no?

    Did you test with a default WordPress theme?

    If all of this not works, could you attach some screenshots of your configuration?

    We need to can be able to replicate the problem

    forget what the amateurs said, just download the older version of “YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier”, specifically v1.4 and it will work.
