    Some payments are going through but I do also get quite a lot of these in the Stripe error log (looking at the Stripe Payments page, 45 out of 100 attempts are marked as “incomplete” with the following error:

    The cardholder began 3D Secure authentication but has not completed it.

    A few of those customers have been in touch and also said they have tried a few times with a few different cards and still the same issue.

    Any ideas?

    Were your customers presented with the 3DS authentication screen? To help us better understand the issue, please share the following information:

    1. Your WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report).
    2. URL of a staging site where the payment is set as test mode so we can test the working of the 3DS on your site.
    3. Complete Stripe log of the affected order from your?Stripe dashboard?(Stripe dashboard -> Developers -> Payments > Go to the affected order > Events & Logs). You may remove the sensitive information of your customers before sharing.
