    The “Buy” or “Page” button dissapeared on a last checkout page.
    I’ve done the plugin/theme conflict test and nothing changes. So there is no “pay” button still using “Storefront” theme. Also a Woo system status report has found no errors or bugs or needed updates. I use Stripe plugin to accept payments.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I tried making a test order from your store, but clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ the button shows a never ending spinning wheel and does not move to the next step, therefore making it difficult to understand the issue you’re facing.

    In that case, are you able to make a video recording on the buttons you are referring to so that we can have a visual understanding on the issue? You can use a screen recording software of your choice and share the link with us here.

    Hello hellepelogo,

    Thank you for providing the video.

    When visiting your site, I noticed several JavaScript errors originating from the theme, which could be causing the “Pay” button to disappear on the checkout page.

    To troubleshoot this, I recommend you switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and then allow us to diagnose the problem from our end. If you’re unable to switch themes on your live site, you can create a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

    Yes, you are right. This is my website. I’ve just deactivated all the plugins and leave Woocommerce, Akismet Anti-spam and Jetpack (since these are automatical).

    You’ve deactivated all plugins, including the payment gateways, so currently, there is no active payment method except direct bank transfer. That’s why you’re not seeing the express payment option at the moment.

    What payment method plugin you were using? Could you enable that one again to check if the express checkout option appears?

    So OK, I used Stripe to receive payments. I’ve activated also Stripe ? … There is no button. It seems that the problem is not related to the theme.

    Yes, express checkout is also not showing on my end too. Can you please re-authenticate your Stripe Account and disable and enable express checkout? Once done, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

    Hi there! Thanks! I’ve just done the all steps. The result: “Buy with Google Pay” button at the top appears. Unfortunatelly ther main “Pay” button below at the is still dissapearing.

    P.S. My case is marked as “resolved” but it is not true…

    I visited your site and encountered a “Nonce is invalid” error while trying to add a product to the cart.

    This issue typically arises from the cache plugin, which caches the nonce value.
    I recommend disabling the server-side cache on your site as we work on resolving this issue.
    If you cannot disable it then clear the cache.

    I suspect the error you reported initially is also caused by the cache.
    Let’s fix this error and then we can go back to the Buy button issue.

    I can reproduce this, it could be very likely the WooCommerce stripe plugin overriding that, can you please disable it and see Checkout again?
