Our response time was clearly not after 3 days, but we responded back within 24 hours.

Also, sorry but, it is definitely not every issue that we can solve here, as technically understandable, and as a dev yourself, I believe you should know better.

If there is an issue that we find to be a general bug, then we can fix and update for you here. Otherwise, not all personal issues can be resolved here without us having to investigate your site to debug and resolve.

Apart from the fact that not all issues can be solved directly without debugging on a site. Also, please note that it is against the WordPress forum to deliver support for PRO-versions here. You need to open a support ticket with us for that.

By the way, may I know if you are using the latest version of both CF7 plugin and our Multistep plugin?

The latest PRO-version of multi step plugin is; Aug 25, 2022 – Version 2.7.1

Ideally, you must update the plugin to latest version, which fixes a lot of issue.
If the issue persists after updating, then we can continue checking.
