Infinite amount of bugs, it has just wasted me one week of my time!

Before I installed it, I saw that it has 2 stars reviews, and I thought a plugin made by woocommerce itself wouldn’t be that bad. Unfortunately it is as BAD as HELL!

Not′hing works as it should, even just accessing the setting is a struggle!

    Avoid, avoid, avoid!

    Hello @najm

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve been facing with the PayPal Payments plugin.

From what I remember, the issue you encountered wasn’t complex, but we needed a recording to rule out any potential errors on your side when assigning plans to subscriptions.

We can only guess what specific issue you’re referring to since we didn’t get enough details, but it seems there might have been some confusion about managing subscription plans in the plugin. In any case, once a product is linked to a plan on PayPal, you can only change the price. Other details, like the billing cycle, are set and can’t be changed directly.

If you need to update the billing cycle or make other major changes, you’ll have to detach the current plan from the product. This lets you set up a new plan with the adjustments you want.

I understand this limitation might be frustrating.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed or if there’s anything else you need assistance with.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
