  • hi there! We tried to install the free version. but there was a problem: something is cached, and all users see in the comment that your review is being processed. and will be visible after approval. Although they left no comments

    hope you are doing well! ??

    Could you try is the problem is the same without the plugin, using the default WordPress comments?

    If it’s not the problem, could you try to switch to a default theme like the “Twenty sixteen” and deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH Gift Cards active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.

    Could you check it and let us know any news, please?
