Sorry to hear you have ran into an issue. I haven’t seen this before and I don’t know how this could have occurred. The only way to resolve this is I think by editing the core plugin which is fine in this circumstance. What you need to do is edit the main top level plugin file called ideapush.php and modify line 254 where it says:

‘show_in_menu’ => false,

to
‘show_in_menu’ => true,

then save the file. Once this is done, you should find in your WordPress admin menu, under IdeaPush there’s a new sub menu item called boards. See if there’s anything in there, and if there is, delete it. Then try adding a board again.
