    Made quick test and tried to create new FAQ and it directed me to the FAQ page and when I used one of the plugin’s blocks, to submit (new) FAQ, it said: “Block rendered as empty”. The YouTube tutorial didn’t show the exact UI.
    It’s just giving me bad impression about this plugin, as I expected to work instantly without not much problems to configure!

    Thanks for providing your feedback. That sounds like an issue that could have easily been resolved with a quick message to our support team. Did you reach out?

    Did you create the FAQ via the walk-through that runs when you install the plugin? Or did you create it later, in the admin?

    Which block did you add to your page? The “Display FAQs” block will, by default, show all your FAQs. So, if it was being rendered as empty, that would mean either that you didn’t yet have any FAQs created or that you perhaps changed one of the block parameters, which made it so there were no matching FAQs.

    Whatever it was, it was probably just a quick little setting that needed to be changed, or perhaps an issue with the content of the FAQ(s). Either way, I’m sure that, if we could take a look at the issue, we’d be able to help you resolve it in a timely and effective manner.
