After installing and activating the plugin the Legacy (Classic) Menu block is nowhere to be found, telling me that somehow the plugin fails to even register it to begin with:

BTW, thanks for this, as this is very needed. Looking forward for a fix, so I can give it 5 stars…

    Thanks,
    Nick.

Thanks for the feedback. The issue was related to a build tool and submitting the javascript to WordPress.

Can you try installing. 0.1.4 and see if it works for you.

    Hi Jonny,

The update fixes the block registration issue, but now other issues have come up.

    1. I can set my Classic Menus without any issues, and adding/deleting menu items are correctly reflected in the block, unlike the core Navigation’s block, which is good – no issues here.

    2. However, the block does not recognize that the first item and the last item of the menu have subpages, and the middle menu items, instead of showing their subpages, all I’m getting is a horizontal scroll. Here is a short video from my localhost test site:

    Thanks,
    Nick.

@nick6352683 This plugin comes with very minimal css styling. The styling of the block / menu, should be done with your theme. If you are having css issues, that will have to be resolved in your theme.

That won’t be an issue for me, thanks for the quick reply.
