The *BEST* Ticket Support System Plugin!

These guys know how to make a product simple and to have it work!
When I was building a new site I decided to give some other plugins a try for a private ticket support system. Most if not all the paid apps were a complete mess. The free apps had broken or missing features, and made the process of using them tedious. When I found this one I fell in love with it’s simplicity, and how it only took me 5 minutes to set up and use!

The cherry on top was when I asked about a feature missing from my site that could really be useful down the road…I did not expect anyone to reply or even take the time to create it for me. Long story short the devs behind this actually care about how their plugin looks and feels for other people, which in turn shows how much they actually care about their customers!

You guys are the reason why WordPress stays open source! Keep up the good work!
