The best theme

  • Wonderful theme, I’ve decided to choose it after looking through dozens of others. Very flexible and adjustable.

    The only what I didn’t like was the code that was arranged not in a standart way. For example I wanted to add my own php-code in footer like I did it with other themes – by adding it to the footer.php, but after that I’ve seen the result in the top left corner ?? I tried to realize the reason of such strange behaviour of the code and then I found here at the Support that I should add my code in render.php instead.

    After exploring the theme I’ve decided to by the Pro-version in a way to thank the author although usually I try to use only Free software.

    Отличная тема, остановился на ней после изучения нескольких десятков других. Очень гибкая и настраиваемая.

    Единственный минус – не совсем стандартное расположение кода. Хотел добавить свой php-код в подвал, сделал это как в других темах в footer.php, а результат вылез в левом верхнем углу сайта ?? Долго пытался понять причину, а потом здесь в разделе Support нашёл, что для подвала код надо вставлять в render.php

    Изучив, из благодарности к автору решил купить Pro версию, хотя обычно использую всё только Free.

    Thanks for you kind words Shelendor,

    HeatMap Adaptive is arranged more like a theme framework (like Genesis) and its hook based. All the regular code of other themes is there.. its just ‘hooked in’ using WordPress hooks and functions rather than all placed in the template files.

    It does have lots of advantages over regular themes which just put everything into the main template files, and once you know how to hook new stuff in it actually makes a lot of sense ??
