• Hi there dear customer. Like you, I had my doubts regarding low cost software products, but I gave it a try reading the nice reviews with these guys.
    I will describe my experience regarding their support.
    First I had some minor issues regarding how my gallery was loading on my blog. I contacted weblizar team and in max 24h I had my issue solved. They are quick responsive and really friendly and helpful.
    The second time I was almost completely disappointed with wordpress for the newest update 4.5.1, because my theme was completely ruined and the majority of my gallery images were broken.
    I sent our messages to my theme creator who asked for money for support, that was just wrong. I wrote to wordpress support for the update and nothing clearly then I tried to explain my issue with weblizar.
    They investigated my issues regarding the conflict of my theme with the plugin for flickr images. They found a js functionality issue and after I shared a temp. admin user to my blog, in max 1h they solved everything. From my theme image slider, to some titles and finally solving my portfolio issues with the plugin.
    Now my blog looks great again thanks to weblizar and I highly recommend using their products for the high quality support!
